Behavioral Specialist (licensed preferred)


  • Completes assessment of a child or adolescent's needs and development of an Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).
  • Includes coordination and consultation with service providers regarding behavior plans and interventions with the individual’s treatment team.
  • Provides services that are applied to address behaviors in school, home or any other place where an individual needs success.


Credentials: Master’s Degree (Licensed Behavioral Specialist Preferred).

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of counseling experience and 2 years of assessments experience.
  • Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Must obtain a four-year degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field. 
  • Two (2) years post graduate working with adolescents and families in a Behavioral/Mental Health setting required.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.


Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.

 

Compensation: Competitive pay based upon experience and licensure.

 

 

Mobile Therapist (MT)


  • Provides therapy to a child, adolescent, or family member to work on identified goals for the individual.
  • Utilization of therapeutic strategies that can be provided in the home or community setting.
  • Includes assessments of the individual's needs through the development of an Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).


Credentials: Master’s in counseling and must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

 

Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years of counseling experience and 2 years of experience writing assessments.
  • 3 years working with adolescents and families in a Behavioral/Mental Health setting required.
  • Experience providing mobile or outpatient therapy preferred.


Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)


  •  Responsible for providing behavioral health interventions to stabilize the child by developing age-appropriate self-management skills.
  • Support and empower parents, family members and caregivers in an educational or community setting


Credentials: High School Diploma 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 1-2 years of experience working with adolescents and families in a Behavioral/Mental Health or school setting required.
